Front Mounted MU Flail Range

The shackle “M” Carbide flails ensure long life, clean cut and maximum shredding using less power. The spiral Rotor has specially formed flail lugs to protect against damage from obstacles. The roller has rounded edges to preserve the soil and turf, this also carries the flail allowing variable height adjustment. High tempered spring steel one way protection flaps in front of the mower hood for safety. Replacable wearing skids. The distance is optimised between the outer rotor circle and the roller which guarantees perfect contour following and an even quality of cut. The purposely designed hood in conjunction with high rotor and cutting speeds and the *patented removable shredding bar spreads the shredded material evenly behind the roller giving an excellent Mulching and Shredding Quality. Finally specially designed linkage parts for easy mounting to pedestrina mowers.

MU-FM out-front ride-on mowers

Made from High Quality Steel QST/S for Front-mounting to professional Front-Mowers with 2-point linkage parts for mounting to the original mower-deck linkage, the linkage is designed for high lifting to clear kerbs. The gearbox mounted in front of the hood is complete with integrated overrun-clutch for 2,200 r.p.m., P.T.O. shaft, and also benfits from belt protection with tension measuring slot. The M-Carbide flails with plane and cutting edge are made from carbide steel to ensure long life clean cut and maximum shredding while using less power. A well balanced spiral Rotor with specially formed flail lugs helps protect against damages from obstacles. The self-cleaning Roller with well-rounded edges assists to preserve the soil and turf and to carry the mulcher, continuously variable for different heights. Optimised distance between the outer rotor circle and the roller as well as the linkage parts with wide swivelling range guarantee perfect contour following and an even quality of cut. MU-FM Hydro out-front hydraulic flail for Ransomes

This flail has all the same benifits and features of the MU-FM but instead of running from a PTO it is hydraulicly driven and features an hydraulic over run system. This flail has been specially designed to work with the likes of the Ransomes HR300 out-front mower.
